The Anonymous Grievance Reporting portal is a safe and secure way for you to report, anonymously and confidentially, any workplace-related grievance. Any issue with or violation of Accounting/Financial processes, Human Resources policies, Privacy, Ethics, Workplace safety, etc. can be reported by any individual, and the secure system will transmit the data to appropriate individuals within Encora for further investigation and action.
We are committed to maintaining your anonymity, and you will not be required to reveal your name and contact information. When you log a grievance, the system will generate a unique Tracking ID and passcode, and you can track the progress with the system-generated credentials.
Step 1: You can access the Anonymous Grievance Reporting portal anytime, anywhere as long as you have an internet connection. You can Add a Report , and describe the issue/violation. Provide as much information as you can and attach any supporting documents, as applicable. This is a completely anonymous process, and you will not be asked for your name or contact information.
Step 2: The system will generate a unique Tracking ID and passcode that you can use to track the report. It is important that you save the system-generated user id and password as there will be no other way to track the report.
Step 3: The system will instantly notify and send your report to appropriate individuals within Encora. The responsible individuals will review the report and take appropriate action. You might be requested to provide more information regarding the report, as necessary.
Step 4: You can Track Report Status anytime by entering the Tracking ID and passcode that was generated by the system at the time of report submission. You can view the report, its status, and any communications that your organization has posted to you.
Step 5: You can continue anonymous communication with Encora, and you can add/track replies and messages by logging into the system with your Tracking ID and passcode.
